Workhub successful groundbreaking today ( oct 27 ) New Conroe I-45 location meeting business demands for Conroe, TX area for office/warehouse space.

(CONROE, 10/27,2022)—WorkHub Developments, a leading innovator in the booming business of flexible warehousing and office space successfully broke ground at its newest location, 1030 Outpost Dr, Conroe, TX 77304.

Groundbreaking guest speaker Scott Harper, President of Conroe Chamber of Commerce, said “Having WorkHub choosing to expand in Conroe is a great testament to the overall continued growth and strength of our business community.” Mr. Harper also read a statement from Conroe Mayor Jody Czajkoski, that stated, “Mayor Czajkoski wanted me to express how excited he is to see WorkHub adding its’ newest facility in Conroe. WorkHub attracts a lot of growing companies that create new jobs and brings new industry where every they build.”

WorkHub was founded by serial entrepreneurs Roberto Valenzuela (CEO) and Alfredo Amparan (CFO). As the owners and builders of several successful small businesses, they soon realized that other small businesses were dealing with the same challenge of finding adequate small warehousing space. As a result, WorkHub was born in 2016, with 7 locations and growing.
