WORKHUB, FLEXIBLE WAREHOUSING INNOVATOR, ANNOUNCES EXPANSION PLANS (HOUSTON,4/27/2023)—WorkHub Developments, a leading innovator in the booming business of flexible warehousing and office space, is expanding its corporate footprint to meet the growing demands from the corporate and entrepreneurial communities.

The Magnolia, TX-based enterprise has broken ground on two new facilities locations.

One facility, a new 60,000 sq ft space in Conroe where construction is about 50% completed and the second a 58,000 sq. ft. facility in Spring, TX that hosted a groundbreaking on April 27 th. WorkHub further announced it will be breaking ground on its first outside-of Texas WorkHub location in Centennial, CO in May of this year.

WorkHub was founded by self-styled serial entrepreneurs Roberto Valenzuela (CEO) and Alfredo Amparan (CFO). They began collaborating as the owners and builders of successful small businesses who experience challenges when they wanted to add warehouse space of 2000 sq.ft. or less. They soon realized that other small businesses were dealing with the same challenges of finding adequate small warehousing space and created the WorkHub concept.
