Construction on a new [WorkHub Developments](https://www.workhubusa.com/) facility in Spring is now complete and finishing touches are being made, according to an Aug. 7 email from a company spokesperson. The [57,990-square-foot building](https://communityimpact.com/houston/spring-klein/business/2024/05/21/construction-nearing-completion-on-workhub-developments-warehouse-office-facility-in-spring/) will offer warehouse and office space for businesses to occupy.

The company has seven locations across the Greater Houston area, which serve as a home for more than 30 businesses, according to the WorkHub website. In April 2023, a [groundbreaking](https://communityimpact.com/houston/spring-klein/development/2023/05/31/workhub-developments-breaks-ground-on-spring-area-warehouse-office-space/) was held for the Spring location, and a grand opening celebration will be held in mid-September.
