WorkHub Website Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: October 13, 2026
1. Scope and Acceptance. These Website Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern your use of www.workhubusa.com and the related digital features we make available, including inquiry forms, the "Find your space" search, tour scheduling, chat, and communications (collectively, the "Digital Services"), which are operated by WorkHub Ventures, LLC, together with its affiliates ("WorkHub," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the Digital Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use. Accepting these Terms does not by itself constitute consent to marketing emails, marketing text messages, or optional cookies; those choices are handled separately through our Privacy Policy, our SMS Terms and Conditions, and the applicable consent processes.
2. Eligibility and Authority. You must have the legal capacity to use the Digital Services and to enter into any resulting agreement. If you submit information on behalf of a business or another person, you represent that you have the necessary authority to do so. Do not enroll another person in communications without appropriate authorization.
3. Website Information and Separate Agreements. Website content is provided for general information. Availability, pricing, dimensions, photographs, amenities, and promotions may change and should be confirmed with WorkHub before you rely on them. Submitting an inquiry, requesting a tour, receiving an automated response, or using a scheduling tool does not reserve space, create a tenancy, establish a lease, or guarantee availability. Leases, occupancy agreements, payment arrangements, cancellations, and refunds are governed by their applicable written agreements. If these Terms conflict with a signed agreement concerning that agreement’s subject matter, the signed agreement controls.
4. Permitted Use. You may use the Digital Services for legitimate inquiries and the purposes for which we provide them. You must not submit false, misleading, unlawful, abusive, or infringing material; impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or authority; upload malware or attempt to compromise the security of our systems or a provider’s systems; access records, accounts, or administrative tools you are not authorized to access; bypass authentication, rate limits, consent controls, or other safeguards; conduct unauthorized vulnerability testing or overload our systems with automated requests; harvest personal information or use our forms, chat, or messaging features to distribute spam; or copy or commercially exploit protected content without the necessary rights. Using a website form does not grant access to WorkHub’s customer relationship management system, internal records, or administrative systems.
5. Forms and Submissions. Provide only information that is relevant to your request and that you have the right to disclose. Do not submit passwords, payment card details, government identifiers, health information, or other sensitive information through ordinary forms or chat unless we specifically provide a secure process for it. You retain rights in the material you submit and authorize us and our service providers to use it as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, provide the Digital Services, and administer our relationship, subject to our Privacy Policy. We may correct, reject, or remove inappropriate submissions.
6. Technology Providers, Automation, and AI-Assisted Interactions. We use HubSpot and other providers to operate forms, scheduling, customer relationship management, communications, and analytics. Features may be unavailable, delayed, or changed due to maintenance, outages, or provider requirements, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or successful delivery of every communication. The Digital Services may use automation to acknowledge inquiries, organize records, schedule follow-up, or notify staff, and AI-assisted tools may help respond to questions or route requests. Automated or AI-assisted responses may contain errors or incomplete information; confirm availability, pricing, and contractual commitments with an authorized WorkHub representative. An automated response does not amend a signed agreement or create an obligation beyond the applicable transaction terms. Do not use our website, chat, email, or text message systems for emergency assistance.
7. Communications. We may send email or text messages relating to your inquiry, scheduling, requested services, or an existing relationship where legally permitted. Promotional communications are subject to the permission requirements and subscription preferences described in our Privacy Policy and, for text messages, our SMS Terms and Conditions. You may opt out of promotional email through the unsubscribe link in any message and of text messages by replying STOP. Opting out of one channel does not automatically change your preferences for another, and unsubscribing is not a request to delete your records or terminate a separate agreement.
8. Privacy. Our Privacy Policy, available at www.workhubusa.com/privacy-policy and incorporated into these Terms by reference, explains how we collect, use, disclose, and retain personal information and the privacy rights available to you.
9. Intellectual Property and Third-Party Links. Unless otherwise identified, website content, designs, logos, trademarks, and other protected materials belong to WorkHub or its licensors. You may view and use content for ordinary, legitimate use of the Digital Services; any other reproduction, distribution, or commercial use requires our written permission. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners, and reference to a provider does not imply its endorsement of WorkHub. Links to external websites are provided for convenience, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.
10. Changes, Restriction, and Suspension. We may update or discontinue digital features and restrict access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security risks, legal requirements, or operational issues. Restricting website access does not cancel an existing lease or affect rights and obligations under a separate contract.
11. Disclaimers. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Digital Services and general website information are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of uninterrupted service, accuracy, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. Separate signed agreements remain controlling for the services they cover.
12. Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WorkHub and its affiliates, members, managers, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the Digital Services, including losses caused by reliance on unconfirmed website information or interruptions in digital functionality. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
13. Governing Law and Disputes. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, subject to any mandatory protections that cannot be waived. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Digital Services will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Montgomery County, Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. Before initiating any proceeding, please contact us so that we may attempt to resolve your concern.
14. General Provisions. If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not waive our right to enforce it later. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, our SMS Terms and Conditions, and any feature-specific notices, constitute the entire agreement regarding the Digital Services; separate agreements continue to govern the transactions and relationships they cover. We may revise these Terms from time to time by posting the revised version with an updated effective date, and your continued use of the Digital Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
15. Contact Us. For questions, technical concerns, or communication assistance, please contact us at WorkHub Ventures, LLC, 1780 Hughes Landing Blvd, Suite 670, The Woodlands, TX 77380, or by email at leasing@workhubusa.com.
