To immerse himself further in entrepreneurship and be determined to forge his own path, he wasted no time cultivating habits that would lay the foundation for his future entrepreneurial endeavors. "Regular reading, meditation, and exercise have become my daily rituals, fueling personal growth and preparing me for the challenges that lie ahead," Marcelo shares.

Also, Marcelo started spending time at his father's office after school and during the summers. "Witnessing the dynamics of a thriving entrepreneurial ecosystem firsthand, I gained invaluable insights into business operations," Marcelo reflects. This exposure nurtured his passion and fueled his desire to make a meaningful impact in his community.

Motivated by his experiences and a deep desire to help others, Marcelo conceived a unique and ambitious project called "The Search ".

"I strive to identify struggling or aspiring entrepreneurs who lack the resources to secure a space for their businesses."

With generous sponsorship from WorkHub, Marcelo secured full office and warehouse space at WorkHub Conroe I-45, divided into four parts to accommodate the chosen entrepreneurs. Personally acting as their mentor and guide, Marcelo is committed to assisting these individuals in growing their businesses.

With "The Search," Marcelo aspires to foster growth in small startups, empowering them to become thriving businesses that positively impact the wider community.

Through "The Search," Marcelo envisions a future where aspiring entrepreneurs can flourish regardless of their financial constraints.

"By providing them with a space, I aim to open doors for growth and development that would have otherwise remained closed," says Marcelo.

As the selected businesses begin to flourish and generate profits, they will eventually move into independent spaces, paying rent as established tenants. This sustainable model ensures that the cycle of support and growth continues, benefiting the individuals and the community as a whole.
